DISABLED ACCOUNT IN APP STORE & ITUNES

i have not been using apps store & itunes for a week but yesterday I tried to download an app but unfortunately My apple Id has been disabled in the app store & itunes. I have been trying to follow every steps but still disabled. Hopefully apple support communities could help me resolve the issues.

Contact iTunes Support in the country where you live (and which is therefore the country on the account) and see if they can/will re-enable it : If you see a message that says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes’
