I bought a used Apple Watch. When I try to connect to my phone, it asks for the password from the previous owner. I don't have that. How can I reset to make it mine? Thank you!

The person that you bought this watch from needs to follow all the steps in this link;
Prepare the watch so the buyer can use it.
If they can't or won't then get your money back or recycle the watch and put it down to experience.
Thank you, When I purchased, did not realized it had been set up by someone else. I bought what I thought was a brand new watch from a large retail store. Apparently someone bought then returned. I guess I will try and return it
