Connectivity problems with Macbook pro

Hi, my (quite) recently purchased Macbook pro 16 inch has been having issues connecting to my house wifi. The wifi symbol will show that it’s connected but I am offline on my web browsers and apps. Most of the time this is not an issue, as I have been using a LAN cable as a backup, but when my mac disconnects, it cant even connect to my LAN.

My other devices such as my phone and ipad have no issues connecting to the wifi, and i have multiple wifi networks in my house but my mac is unable to connect with any of them when this problem happens.

This is pretty worrying for me as I have take-home finals coming up soon. Can someone please advise thank you!
