14.4.2 - constant crashes after update

My phone had panic logs in analytics data and apple store tech said it’s hardware failure and need to replace it because they couldn’t fix.

My phone is crashing as well. I have an iPhone 12 mini; upgraded to 14.4.2 and updated apps... it's still crashing. It's happening when scrolling content in apps like Linked In and Twitter; the camera is also freezing up. When it happens, the entire phone freezes up and when I click the right side button, the phone goes black and won't turn back on. I have to perform a hard reset in order to get the phone working again. I've only had the phone for 4-5 months. Hard to know whether I have a bum phone or whether the latest version of IOS is causing the problem. Any recommendations on how to fix?

My IphoneX crashes and restarts every few minutes with 14.4.2 update, there are no other apps installed on it and I had restored it to see if the issue settles down. But it didn’t. To me it looks like the the issue is with latest firmware. Please advise.

Now that's interesting. I've never heard of a panic log. Found it on my phone and see that I have a "panic-full" logged from 2 days ago, which is when my problem started. Of course I opened it and have no idea what it means. :( Guess I need apple technical support?
