I work in a Childrens Home and when trying to use the homes email it has been previously set up some time ago by someone who used to work here. I have reset and changed the password but I cannot get passed the security questions can anyone help.

If you are not the owner and do not have the Apple ID and Password then there is no way that you can get into this iPhone unless the original owner shares the Apple ID and password with you. If you are lucky you can get into this iPhone if they (owner) accidentally remove the device from their Apple ID.
No I am using an apple ID email which someone has used on a previous device I was wanting to change the details as the email he has used for the device does not belong to him and is a company email
