Can’t delete an app on iphone11

There is an app I would like to uninstall completely from my apps (on iPhone 11 and online). When I press and hold the app the only it options it gives me are too share the app. I went to my “restrictions” under settings and my deleting apps icon is set to “allow”. However it is still not allowing me to delete the app. How do I do this!

Delete app I have a purchased app in my app library that I cannot delete or move back to my home screen on my IPhone 7. My contact & privacy restrictions are turned off. Holding it down only enables me to share the app. Tapping it opens the app. Can’t move it around either. Please help!

I am unable to delete apps on my iphone All known to me ways to delete apps do not work. when I hold an app the "x" to delete an app doesn't appear when I go to Settings / General to check if I have any restrictions on on deleting an app, there is no "Restrictions" settings any more in General. When I go to Settings /General / Iphone Storage to delete apps there, I don't see any delete buttons there when I select an app. Can anyone please help? Thank you

Tap on "Edit Home Screen". All apps that can be deleted will start to wiggle.
