Can’t delete an app on iphone11

There is an app I would like to uninstall completely from my apps (on iPhone 11 and online). When I press and hold the app the only it options it gives me are too share the app. I went to my “restrictions” under settings and my deleting apps icon is set to “allow”. However it is still not allowing me to delete the app. How do I do this!
