Delete app

I have a purchased app in my app library that I cannot delete or move back to my home screen on my IPhone 7. My contact & privacy restrictions are turned off. Holding it down only enables me to share the app. Tapping it opens the app. Can’t move it around either. Please help!

I can’t remove apps When holding down apps I am unable to delete an app, I only get the option to move to the App Library. Unable to delete apps on iPhone I am unable to delete apps from my phone. When I tap an app and hold it gives me the option to delete it from the home screen. When I go to the app library, tap an app and hold it, it only gives me the option to share the app, but not to delete it. How do I delete an app from my phone? Use App Library to search the app you are looking for, see this Apple article: Organize the Home Screen and App Library on your iPhone

If you find it -> tap the app and drag to left to a Home screen & drop it.

Try again.
