FaceTime Live Photo’s not saving in IOS 14.4.2

Okay so I have been seeing questions of why FaceTime Live Photo’s will not save on the device. I cannot find any recent ones as I am experiencing this on IOS 14.4.2. I have done everything from turning off/on FaceTime, off/on FaceTime Live Photo’s, hard reset, Icloud photos off/on, reset network settings. I have tried everything that people have suggested and nothing will work.
