Zoom's Screen Share feature is very useful for a friend to show me a problem that he is having with his Macintosh.
However, occasionally it would be helpful for me to control his computer (or vice-versa) temporarily to illustrate something.

Teamviewer comes to mind.
That may work for you but I personally find Teamviewer the better option.
