Thunderbolt Dock
Does anyone know or recommend a USB 2.0 to thunderbolt dock with 8-10 ports. I already have a dock for Monitors and ethernet.

Go with a Self-Powered USB 3.0 Hub. That way you can use it for both USB 3.0 drives and USB 2.0 devices.
