AVAILABLE APPS section of My Watch app is missing

On the My Watch app on the iPhone, I have lost the entire section that lists available apps to install on the watch. I've rebooted the watch and phone, reinstalled the one app I'm trying to reinstall on the watch. (the app is on the phone and it works)

I don't think this has anything to do with the watch. The entire list of apps that should be available to load on the watch is missing. It's the section immediately below INSTALLED ON APPLE WATCH.

I've tried every combination of search and nothing specific comes up. This thread is as close as I've come.

Hope someone can help.

The first (and simplest) thing to try if something isn’t working right is to restart your Apple Watch and its paired iPhone. If necessary (device not responding), try a forced restart. Both methods can be found here:

If that doesn't help, the next steps would be to unpair and pair your watch again and restore from the backup just created. This should result in no loss of data. It deletes all temp and corrupted files and re-indexes the file system.

None of the suggestions solved the problem. I believe the issue started because the number of apps on the watch were maxed out. I discovered that removing some of the apps caused them to reappear in the available apps install list.

However, the app I am trying to use on the watch (FordPass) won't load on the watch and it does not appear anywhere on the Watch App running on the phone. It worked just fine a few days ago and it still works on the iPhone.
