Why aren’t my photos not uploading to iCloud when I have storage??

iCloud Storage - Photos Not Uploading My photos haven't been uploading to iCloud because of a storage issue, so I finally upgraded to the 200 GB plan. Over 400 of my photos still haven't uploaded and when I go into my settings it says I've still only used 45.6 GB of the 200 GB I have... A little frustrating. Do you have iCloud Photos turned on?
