How do I remove an Apple ID I made to just download apps? So, I have my main Apple ID now that I use and the other one was just signed into the App Store but I signed it out and just used my main ID. But, now every once in a while I get a pop up saying to sign in to that Apple ID I just used for apps.

Those purchases are tied to the other ID and can't be transferred. One option is to delete the apps/purchases made by the other ID and download them using the new ID if desired. After deleting the apps, it may be necessary to restart the device/computer before you can download the apps again. If necessary, check your purchases history to see which apps/purchases weren’t made by the current ID.

Purchase History Review.

Or you can try to set up Family Sharing  between the IDs to keep access to your purchases.

I only had a couple of apps I downloaded with the other Apple ID that I don’t use anymore in my phone. All of my current apps I use are under the Main Apple ID. I just want the pop-up I get to sign in to the other Apple ID to go away since I don’t use it anymore. And like I’ve stated the other Apple ID was just signed into the App Store but I signed it out and signed into my Main ID now. But I still get a pop-up to sign into the other Apple ID.
