Issue with receiving calls

Hi, I’ve recently had issues when I receive a call, I answer it and it doesn’t go through, I have to hang up and call back who called me. At their end they couldn’t hear me on the initial call either. Anyone else experiencing this problem. It makes no difference if I have head phones in, on Bluetooth or just answering the phone in the normal sense.
