Almost every time I make a call either the person I call doesn’t hear me or I don’t hear them. Happens with incoming calls too. Very frustrating as it’s very frequent

There’s still some troubleshooting that can be done to help clear it up.

1. Are you up to date on iOS 14.6? If not, update.
2. Make sure there are no Carrier updates needed. https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201270
3. Go to Settings > Cellular > Cellular Data Options and tap Voice and Data. Try a phone call with each option selected here to see if one of the options is better than the others and tell us the results.

I’m guessing that means videos and Voice Memos played back fine?

Is it an issue with everyone you call, or just a specific person?

Does it happen anywhere, like home, work, other towns, etc?
