Apple TV - my lists, up next, etc.

Seriously... Apple, is it this difficult to make a "my list" for Apple TV? I cannot find the shows I have marked for "up next" - they never appear except through random scrolling. There is no "settings" in the settings to change or manage anything. There appears to be no way to edit this. Any discussion topic I've read talks about managing this in settings, but there is none. This is a very user non-friendly system.

How do I put "my list" or "up next" front and center????

iMac 21.5″, macOS 11.2
