On the AppleTV home screen, when I select the TV app, the Top Shelf shows nothing. It’s set to show Up Next. My Up Next list still exists—I can see it on my phone and iPad. Even if I click on the TV app and go to Watch Now, my Up Next list is missing.
I think this must have broken when my AppleTV updated to the latest version a few days ago.
Any ideas? I’ve restarted the AppleTV. It’s an AppleTV 4K running 15.1.1.

Update: You were on the right track!! I’d been able to watch ESPN and Prime without any issues, but when I went to watch a movie from my library, it made me log back into my account. Problem solved!

Is the Apple TV box set up with the same Apple ID account as your iPhone and iPad?
If you have set up multiple accounts, then is your account the currently active one?
I just double checked and the Apple TV is still logged in as me and has my account as the active account (same account as my phone/iPad). Ugh, that was such a good idea!
