Hello, we have a fairly large mobile device fleet made up of iPhones & iPads and we are trying to find a way where our helpdesk can connect to these devices and remotely manage them when our users run in to trouble.
We have tried teamviewer and Bomgar but both of these only allow us to view these devices and not control. We were wondering if there is an actual Apple app in the store that we could push out and use?

Thanks for your reply. We use Microsoft Intune to manage our device enrollment which is populated via the ABM.
Its more a case of once the devices are out with the users and they experience issue we are looking for a way our support staff can remotely connect to the device, see what the user sees and ideally control the device to make any changes or do any testing that is needed
Apple has tools that will meet some of your needs; they use them for remote diagnosis. Apparently Microsoft does not.
