I have given my son my old phone and can't seem to remove the contacts without them deleting off my phone. We have family sharing (child account) and he has his own itunes account logged in
Icloud contact sharing is also off.
Please help - Don't want him accidentally calling someone in my contact list :)

Hi, Jackjackgee. Welcome to the Apple Support Communities. We see that you're having an issue removing contacts from one device, as it also causes them to be removed from another. We'll be glad to assist you with this.
To start, the only way this would be possible is if both devices are using the same account. That may not necessarily be your iCloud account, however. It's possible to add 3rd party email accounts and use them to sync your contacts as well.
We'd recommend checking under Settings > Mail > Accounts and making sure contacts are disabled there for any accounts that are shared.
