Can I use Duck Duck Go Browser with Safari?

Trying to set up private browser setting on my iPhone - thinking about Duck-Duck-Go - any suggestions?

iPhone 8 Plus, iOS 14

Open the Settings app on the Home screen of your iOS device.
Scroll down and tap Safari.
The current default search engine is listed next to the Search Engine entry. ...
Choose a different search engine from four options: Google, Yahoo, Bing, and DuckDuckGo.

David Pogue wrote dozens (hundreds) of user guides over the years but the built in one by Apple is free:

macOS User Guide - Apple Support

Each a tiny bit different. The entire guide is also found in the Help menu.

Hi again - I am a new Mac person and finding this newness somewhat complicated; looking at purchasing new MAC UNLOCKED (2020 mac OS Big Surge) by David Progue - would you recommend this Manual?
