Hi everybody,
After the last upgrade to Big Sur, a strange thing happened in Numbers: in my document that has several sheets, the tab on top of the sheet I am working on is not highlighted. Very uncomfortable! It is supposed to be highlighted, like on this screenshot from the user guide:
In my document none of the tabs is highlighted:
Does anyone know how to fix this?

Things you could try ---
-- Check to see if this this happening for all your Numbers documents. If not, then that document might be corrupted.
-- Sign is as another user on your Mac and see if Numbers documents there exhibit the same problem. If not, it could have something to do with preference files in your regular user account.
-- Choose another Accent Color and see if that does anything. (On my machine I do not have Highlight color set to Accent Color).
-- Uninstall Numbers (Go to Launchpad, hold down <option> key until the icons "wiggle" and click the x by the Numbers icon. Then redownload from the Mac App Store.

I can't replicate that behavior here.
If restarting your Mac doesn't help, then you might have at look at your Accent Color settings at System Preferences > General. Did you do something special with those?

Restarting didn't help, and I never touched the Accent Color settings... Looks like this now:
