Virus on iphone

Received several warnings abt virus on my Apple devices. I am referred to a sight to disable the viruses. Is this a hoax?

All such messages are scams. If you are seeing this via a web browser, close the offending page and avoid sites that are involved in such bogus advertising tactics.
