Looks like no one’s replied in a while. To start the conversation again, simply ask a new question.

Apple ID

So I've got a toughy.


My brother owned this iPad before I did, and he signed into the Apple ID with a fake email. Now that it is signed in, I cannot change the Apple ID without a password. And what do you know, he doesn't remember the password or any of his security questions. I've tried everything, but there is no way I can sign out of the fake email. How do I fix this?

If necessary, if he is the original owner, have him contact Apple. Apple can remove the ID  if provided the required paperwork. 


Request additional support for unlocking your device


Either take the device, the original purchase receipt with the serial number, and a photo ID to the nearest Apple Store (if it has reopened)
