Unable to use mobile data or wifi

Hi, my husband iPhone 11 Pro is saying “an update is required to use mobile data on this iPhone”.

we have plugged it into iTunes and updated it this way but nothing has changed.

its updated to software version 14.4.1 and still nothing.

Also unable to connect to WIFI on iPhone.

You should never post something personal like your devices serial number in a public forum visited by thousands of users around the world.

The current iOS version is iOS 14.4.2, so you are not current there.

If you can't access cellular data, you need to contact your cellular provider for help.
