MacBook Air not allowing me to log into my Apple ID Account
I am not able to log into my apple account (yes, i am entering the correct ID and password) on my macbook air, however the system says it is connected to the account through icloud like it is connected on my phone. When I attempt to log into the app store or messages app, a red message pops up saying "an unknown error occured" with no further information. Can anyone help? I don't use my laptop much so this hasn't been something I've noticed for a while. However now it's extremely annoying and concerning...
