These replies aren't helpful. I also have this problem with iPhone XS Max.

The problem occurs when I do a safari search. (Ex: Japanese Yew)

Then I see some ads relevant to my search.

So I click on an ad box (The Tree Center)

Result is "Safari cannot open the page because the server cannot be found."

You can alternatively scroll down your search results until you find a link directly to the website you want and click that, and that will get you there. But clicking on the ad directly should take you directly to the link. It's a pain and it didn't used to do this.

In Safari "settings", I did "Clear History and Website Data", but that did not help.

Something is blocking Safari from allowing us to link a website from an ad.
