Viruses

Hey! So I was doing a research on something for my homework and at the end of this website there was a link, me thinking it was just some more information on this topic. I pressed it and it was a p*** website it disgusted me so much i immediately removed it and since then I've been getting these messages from safari that I have 129 viruses on my iphone, I eventually ended up installing the app that it recommended and purchased it, but I still get those messages!

Those messages are a scam designed to scare you into downloading useless software or steal your banking information.

Clear your web history, delete and cancel the subscription for the useless app and install an ad blocker.

Be Wary If What your Click:

Intentional or not, what made you click such a site? Be cautious. They’ll all have those messages in one manor or another. So, keep off such sites and do your Home Work👈

Try Your Router to Filer it Out:

Your ultimate way for avoidance of such sites is to log into your router and see if it gives you the option to filter them out. Login with the Default Gateway (192.168.0.1 or 192.168.1.1) and enter the login credential. But, don’t fiddle around with the router, if you don’t know what your doing.
