restrictions passcode

hello friends,

i have forgotten my restrictions password and im very sure i never kept one. and after 10 wrong attempts i am still not able to find the 'forgot passcode' option. please help me out, i have to log out of one of my devices and this is being a huge hindrance. it would be great if i could get help as soon as possible. thanks a lot.
