The app SEGA HEROES has been discontinued & you can’t get it from the App Store anymore I spent hundreds of dollars on that game it doesn’t work it hasn’t work for a while I thought it was my phone reception but it’s not they stop it ,,, how do I get my moneyback please help

Hello,, I’ve already tried all that it doesn’t come on report a problem at all so you have no option of reporting it I’ve tried subscription’s & that doesn’t work because it wasn’t a subscription, My spent a lot of money for my children they have been trying to get in the game for a long time now,,, and to find out the reason is that it doesn’t exist anymore is shocking.,,, they me deserve a refund for the purchase within that app to buy characters
