How and where can I get Adobe Creative Suite 3 Design Premium update so I can load it on my new laptop?

Adobe makes the info on older versions hard to find but this blog seems to have the information with links:

From that, CS versions older than CS6 are 32-bit only and can never run on macOS 10.15 Catalina or macOS11.X Big Sur. CS6 appears not to be completely functional under those same OS versions. You need 10.14 Mojave or older to continue to use CS3, and you cannot downgrade your new Mac to run Mojave.
