Data recovery from stolen Ipad

Good morning, We had our Ipad stolen and it had a Hockey ClipPad installed with 2 years of drills on it. We have decide not to replace the Ipad but want to install ClipPad on another Ipad. Is there a way to get the saved drills downloaded to a different Ipad that has a different User (Same Family)?

Unless you have an existing iCloud or iTunes backup, from which you can restore your saved data to a new iPad, your data will have been lost along with your iPad.
