ICloud Mail is Slow

Works perfectly at 4am. Sure it is nothing to do with Apple servers-NOT!!!!

Mail sent to myself via my @mac.com address is not going through. If I use another email account, I receive it (very slowly).

It appears the apple server is not processing my outgoing iCloud mail.

Ken, Did you do anything special to fix it. Mine is basically crippled on my iphone and iPad.

No, it just started working normally when I used it the next day. My guess is they are having problems on their servers and remain typically quiet about it. Good luck.

So far this morning about 10am EST everything is running smoothly. Fingers crossed.

Was running smoothly for me earlier, sluggish again but not as bad as yesterday.

It was great this morning but now back to really slow. Seems to be a pattern - over night till about 10am EST everything is ok. Then it begins. Some server somewhere is failing.

It's true it's so much slower during the day.

Same issue here. It's a joke! OK in the mornings in the UK, but then goes back to taking minutes to load each email.

This has to be fixed ASAP.

Sounds like apple needs to upgrade their network and servers. capacity is the problem apple gods!

You’ll notice the same pattern- it improves overnight then by 10am EST it starts to bog down again. That’s been the pattern since about June 1.

This started long before June 1 for me. It has improved over the past few days.

Yeah I suspect the problem will be back come Monday morning, it seems to only really be bad during the week. I waited 90 seconds for an email to load yesterday 😣
