How do I get the airplay display off. It defeats the purpose of a screen saver

You may turn off ‘Conference Room Display’ in Settings﹥AirPlay.

Airplay help I work at a school and we recently started using airplay. there are tons of screen options as each classroom has the ability to screenplay and the screen is constantly moving/refreshing, making selecting our screen difficult. Is there any way to remove screens or pin a screen to the top of a list? It’s difficult and time consuming tracking down the correct screen multiple times a day.

MacOS Airplay Receiver Windowed Mode? Is it possible to have the airplay receiver go into windowed mode instead of full screen mode? My end goal is to cast my ipad screen to my macbook while having other macos applications open next to it. Specs: Macos Monterey Macbook Pro 16" 2020 Ipad 2020
