Still Apple Music issue

There is still an issue with Apple Music on iPhone 12. After correcting the issue addressed above I saw some of my music. When I go to Music in settings it is still offering me to join Apple Music. I have had a spinning wheel saying it is syncing for the last 8 hours but nothing new has been added to library on my phone. iPad works fine.
