Apple Music link does not work on iOS

I am an indie artist using Distrokid to send my music to DSPs like Spotify and Apple Music.

They allow for pre-saves on Apple Music, Spotify, and pre-orders for Amazon & iTunes downloads. It looks like this: https://distrokid.com/hyperfollow/23rdhour/au-soleil

The link works for everything on Mac, but on iPhone 12 mini and iPad Pro, the link for Apple Music does not work. The error message:

Item Not Available

The item you've requested is not currently available in Apple Music in United States.

My friends who tried the link had the same issue. This pre-save functionality used to work before, and it works on Mac. This is clearly a bug that only appears on iOS. Please help. Pre-saves presumably help us potentially get featured, which makes a huge revenue difference for artists.
