Opening Zip Archive - "Error extracting & Invalid Format"

Hello. I have this offline file I downloaded, and I tried to open it but it just won't due to "Error extracting the file and Invalid format". I've attached screenshots below.

I see to it, that it's "Windows Self-Extracting Archive". Can it only be opened on Windows? Or, I can download Windows tool on my MacBook?

I tried to open it with the Terminal, but it says something in it that I am not familiar with; screenshot attached to view.

Please help, I'm not really good on this. Thank you.

MacBook Pro 15″, macOS 11.2

You do not say what is the source or provenance of these files....

It is unclear what it is you are exactly trying to install or open—does not look compatible.

I would be suspect.

You can try using the Unarchiver or other similar .zip utility to attempt to open the archive. You will either need to drag & drop the self-extracting archive onto one of these apps, or right-click or control-click to manually select which app to use to open the archive. It may be possible to use the macOS built-in tools to do this, but I'm not sure which utility macOS uses (perhaps unzip?).

As far as the message in the Terminal you can just ignore it since it has no bearing on you actually using the Terminal.
