Apple TV - “There’s a problem loading this content”

So I have got a free one year subscription to Apple TV on a new iPad that as far I can seems to be working. But I am trying to watch The Morning Show and Episode 3 keeps coming up with the message “there’s a problem loading this content”. I can’t download the episode either. I’ve tried switching it on and off again, logging out and in again, it won’t play. I can watch episode 4 (and obviously I watched 1 and 2), so it’s not a subscription issue.


Is anyone else having this problem?


Pretty annoyed as I was hoping to binge watch the series. How can the app be so buggy?! Deeply frustrating.

You mentioned that you're also unable to download the content; just to confirm, are you using these specific steps to try downloading that episode? Download and stream shows and movies from Apple TV+ and Apple TV channels
