5th gen iPad won’t download update, help!?

Tried to download latest update for the past week and it keeps quitting. Anyone else experience this and know a fix?

iPad Air 2, iOS 10

my ipad wont update hi all. my ipad has downloaded latest update, and on installing update it stops just near the end and does nothing. I cant go back and stop downlaod i cant restore. the screen just stays with the apple logo, and shows a download bar that is uncompleted.
