My computer

My mouse on my new computer was going crazy and I couldn’t control it and then it turned off and it won’t turn on no matter what I do.

My mouse will not connect to my computer. Very sudden. Done everything required. Shut down etc. arrow is in the top left of my screen. No movement trying to log on?? My mouse is immobile. Have done everything suggested. Shut computer down etc. plug and unplug and Mouse on separate charge…arrow in top left hand corner of my screen. No movement and cannot get into anything.
