Mac not booting

When I am setting up my MacBook Air M1 2021, when the window with "Select the disk where you want to install macOS" pops up, there is no disk to choose from.

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 11.2

If you get a personalization error when reinstalling macOS on your Mac with Apple M1 chip

It looks like you tried to Reinstall Big Sur - please confirm .
