Privacy and security of My Iphone

Dear support team,

hope you are all doing well. And i hope this messages finds you well. Yesterday someone send me an email “unknown user”, telling me that he hacked my phone and have all my data, and telling me that he wants some money or he will send a video recorded with my camera and mic.

i just want to make sure if anybody can break the security of my iphone and do such thing, (use my camera and microphone to record a video) and what should i do to protect my self
