Hey! Over the last couple weeks, my phone has been playing audio and video out of sync (there’s a 2-ish second delay between video and sound). I thought it was just my YouTube app, but I noticed it was also Netflix, any browser videos, and even apps like Facebook and Instagram. It’s obviously a system problem. No number of restarts will fix it, and I’d like to avoid a factory reset if I can.

We see your iPhone has an audio/video desync across several apps.
To make sure we're on the same page, do you notice this desync through the iPhone speakers themselves, or a pair of headphones?
If the issue is with your iPhone's speakers, we'd recommend reaching out to Apple Support for additional assistance.
If it's only with a pair of headphones, we'd recommend testing with a different pair or with the speakers themselves.
