i have changed my distance to miles in the Apple health app. However, when I am walking or running it shows km and I am getting 1 km reminders. After a workout distance is showing in miles on my activity app.
how to I change it all to miles?

Miles or Kilometers
On your iPhone, in the Health app, go to summary then tap on walking and running distance,scroll down to the bottom and tap on unit then choose mi or km.

In the settings app on the watch
Tap on workout,scroll down to the very bottom and tap on units of measure and change your units here.
