What can I do to send and receive emails again from my yahoo account to my iphone 6s? I can send and receive from my icloud and gmail but not my yahoo.
Can anyone help? And yes I've tried turning it off and on and I uninstalled my yahoo but can't reinstall it now.

Thanks for using Apple Support Communities. We understand that you're unable to send or receive Yahoo emails on your iPhone, and you're also unable to reinstall it. Are you attempting to reinstall an app to your device or add the email account to Settings? Do you get an error message? Are you able to access your Yahoo email from Yahoo's webpage? Please also take a look at the following to verify that your mail settings are correct if adding directly to Settings.

Thank you for your suggestions. I can access my email account from my mac, but not my phone. I have 3 accounts....one is icloud, one is gmail and the one I'm having trouble with is my ameritech.net account. To get to my ameritech account I go to google, then yahoo mail, on my phone I can access my account, not just straight to my email accounts. However, I went to settings yesterday, and removed the ameritech account from my emails in hopes of adding it back and still today, even after double checking and going to yahoo mail and that letting me access it on my phone, I still cannot add it back as another email account. When I log in and put in the password, it says:
Settings
Accounts
Add account
Choose yahoo
Sign in username
I enter my password
redirected to a different screen with the AT &T logo but with Yahoo at the top
Loginprodx.att.net
Sign in now....again because it's a different looking screen
user name
password
Next screen says in small red letters at the top. Unknown destination
At least I can access my ameritech.net account from my phone but with 3-4 extra steps instead of just tapping on the envelope.

Thanks for providing those details. Is this a work email address that you're using? If so, have you verified that your email can be added to your personal device? If this is a work device, have you checked with your IT team?
