1 year free trial of appletv expired early

How has my 1 year free trial of Appletv already expired? I purchased my macbook air around 17th Jan and now (12th April) when I tried to start the trial I got a 7day free trial!!

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 11.2

To claim the offer on Macs, first sign in to the TV app (menu Account), then find “Enjoy 1 Year Free” in the TV app.

Contacted the itunes support and they were helpful. Got my free trial now!
