Renew the subscription

I’ve just renewed my subscription of the economist today in iTune but when I check in my account in the economist it is still expired and end date is still 9th feb 2021. I have connected to economic they have informed me to connect to apple support what should I do.

Why would my subscription expire and how can I renew it? The subscription has all this while been charged to my Apple ID credit card monthly, automatically. However, it suddenly expired earlier this month and I couldnt find a way to manually renew the subscription.
