iTunes on my MacBook Pro is iOS 10.7.5, and my old iPhone 7 was locked by my son. I’m unable to update iTunes and sync them. I tried connecting it to my 2020 MacBook Air and it prompts me to unlock my phone. I’m stuck. My priority is to keep the photos on the phone. Is there a workaround to fix this? Thank you!
