my calender has been hacked

So I was searching for something in google, at that moment something popped out on my screen and I unconsciously pressed ok. Then I saw a change in my calender. There was written that my phone has been hacked and I have to download a software to recover my phone. I pressed download or something like that and then I undoed it. In google I saw how to correct that and did it. There was nothing like that in my calender anymore. So here is my question, " after I opened the link will there be any consequences? Should I factory reset my phone?". There was also written that they are trying to hack my photos. What should I do?

Are you seeing something as shown in the pic below? This is neither a hack nor a virus. It is spam and you can get rid of it. Read below...

Then probably you have accepted an offer or subscribed for a spam Calendar accidentally. Watch the GIF below to know how to unsubscribe from these alerts. Look for an unknown Calendar on the device under subscribed calendars.

You got tricked into installing a rogue calendar; your phone does not have a virus.

If your phone has iOS 13 or earlier: Go to Settings/Passwords & Accounts, look under Subscribed Calendars, tap on the offending calendar and delete it.

If your phone has iOS 14: Go to Settings/Calendar/Accounts, Tap Subscribed Calendars, tap on the offending calendar and delete it.

And in the future beware of "free" offers
