How to restore my old / delete pictures

If they were photos in your photos app and you deleted them in the past 30 days you can go to Photos > Albums > Recently Deleted and click on the photos you want and hit recover.

I want restore my deleted photos and videos from my Iphone XS please advise how can i restore it.

i have already done my phone factory reset but no luck.
