icloud activation lock

i have bought an iphone 5 that now i have not access the previous owner. and i just updated the iOS and now i cant unlock the phone to use. please help me how to unlock it and use.

Unless the Apple ID involved is yours, you won't be able to use that iPhone. The activation lock is an anti-theft measure.
